HIGH HBSAG AND LOW HBV PCR DNA

my hep b dna is 37 iu/ml
hbsag quantification is 10341
hbsab 5.7
ALT normal
what is best treatment.

if you are young you could still give it a shot at peg interferon...there are now early stopping rules...and if it doesn't work out you just stop it...if it works you continue with it.

What is your hbeag?if positive a pegintf try for 24 weeks is possible although the best we can get is hbeag neg and lower hbsag, low chnaces to clear

if hbeag neg keep monitoring hbsag, fibroscan, hbvdna and alt

No treatment until hbsag goes down to at least 5000iu/ml or hbvdna/alt rises
