HbsAg reactive but recommended FIT TO WORK

Good day to all of you. Im 42 yrs old. I'm a civil engr. Recently I took medical test as a requirement for working abroad coz I'm applying a job bound to Guam and unluckily I was diagnosed HbsAg reactive with PATIENT COUNT of 3.0 with CUT-OFF VALUE of 0.054. I was shocked with the result because I dont have any symptoms of hepa b. I asked the doctor if there's any other test to further diagnose the findings and he told me to undergo HEPA B PROFILE test and the results are as follows:

EXAMINATION             CUT-OFF            PATIENT COUNT           RESULT
HBsAg                          0.054                      3.000                     Reactive
Anti-HBs                       0.071                      0.047                     Non-reactive
Anti-HBc Total(IgM)        0.303                      0.06                       Reactive
HBe Ag                         0.105                      0.049                     Non-reactive
Anti HBe                       1.625                      0.056                     Reactive

The diagnostic center recommended me as FIT TO WORK with remark as CHRONIC HEPA B ASYMPTOMATIC NON-INFECTIOUS CARRIER. I'm happy with the result but Im still very much worried because I have now chronic hepa b.
Please help me further interpret the above test values. Are the said values have already done damage to my liver?
Please help me for me to enlighten. Thank you and God Bless to all.

you need to check hbv dna to see what is your viral load. then you can get a fibroscan to assess liver damage and a ultrasound of the abdomen. usually hbeag - patients have long term infection, most since birth. the test you took only show your current status with the infection. Most hbeag - and anti hbe + patients are inactive carriers.
