Hbsag counts

Since 2910 I have been taking tdf and last 6 years taf my viral dna kept und but my Hbsag kept fluctuating between 3000-5000 and recently it increased to 7400 what can I do to decrease it? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

If you take vitamin D it will help.
Also zinc can help as well.
Also drinking coffee.
