Hbsag quantity test in Rome

Hi, I will be in Rome (Florence and Sorrento too).
Would like to know how I can get a Hbsag quantity test.
Also how much would it cost? I will probably be paying it myself since i doubt my insurance will cover this.
Some lab where they can speak some English.
I already got a perscription from my doctor in NYC.

here's hbv tests they do, you might print this and take it with you, i dont think they can mistake the test with this

just be very very sure they choose correctly "hbsag quantitativo" or get them to call the main lab in brescia if not sure about the test

and that results can be picked up through internet outside italy

the locations in Rome are a bit far from where I will be.
The location in Florence is good for me.
So these are all Synlab locations?

prescription is useless, in italy it is only to have free tests under healthcare, if you pay you choose what you want.you can use it to be sure they dont confuse with hbsab, hbsag qualitative or hbvdna quantitative

few people at reception of labs know the test so you have to double check the receipt that say "hbsag quantitativo" and insist they re sure it is the correct test.show also prescription to be sure

you can t use public hospitals because they re only under healthcare and presription, best private labs are synlab network

there is also a problem to pick up results in some labs, in milan area you have to get them personally, online is only for registered citizens but every lab is different so you maybe able to get results by email or online.call them before you go
