Strongly beleive im infected

I recived oral sex and protected vaginal sex follwed by a flu like ilness at 6 weeks and now i just have a dull ache behind my ribs, i thought i was imunised and my titer in 2014 was 87uml clealry it dropped below that and i become infected. Im trying to find some hope in thinking im still protected by vacine antibodies. My blood was drawn yesterday for tests i feel sick that expsoure was not worth it.

Im going to doctors tomorrow for some tests this seems more than anxiety. If the health clinic just screened for anitgen as well it might of helped me.

Maybe im coexisting with a mutated virus not detected by anti hbs

Even if the virus is mutated, they should be able to detect it. So null worry for you about hepB. Remember unncecessary anxiety is bad for your health.

Thanks liverpatient. I had the full screen for everything and been told im done with testing. Everything too is exactly as i say there is no beating round the bush. Should i really try and suck it up and move on

The sexual health clinic wont screen for antigen if you have had vacination and sufficient anti hbs my titer is 151. My core antibodies at 8 weeks was negative.

If your situation is like what you describe with 151mIU/ml anti-hbs titers, then absolutely nothing to worry about hepB. But, please remember there are many other std's and use protection when having sexual activities with strangers.

U should be fine honestly if u tested.positive for.the antibodies and not the antigen...did u get ur.results.back...it may be your gallbladder.
