Hep B positive, low Viral load- Pregnancy

Shall one with Heptatis B s Ag positive, low viral load plan for a pregnancy?
Can this viral load not increase during long duration(9 mnts) of pregnancy?

If yes (it can increase) why to risk  precious life of a female with pregnancy which itself is full of complexity with added risk of Liver damage and its fatal consequences ???

If a pregnant woman takes HBV antiviral, would it affect the baby?

If you have low viral load, normal ALT, AST, HBeAg-, everything else being equal, you should go through pregnancy like a wife without HBV.  Only you need to make sure your doctor is aware of your HBV and vaccinate the baby timely.

Best.
