I was diagnosed that I have HepaB 5 years ago and no treatment or checkup since then. Now, Im doing my requirements for my new work. In my physical exam I told my doctor that I have hepaB now I'm thinking if this would affect my applivcation? What do you think guys? :( My position is Hr Assyt. Also, I'm planning to take the HepaProfile test. Would it help me to know my condition?? The other exams were so expensive and hepaprofile is the only test I can have now.

i dont know if all are included in the hep profile tests , that depends between countries . in my country for example i didnt had the HbsAg quant test included so i searched for a clinic and did it on my own.

first of all,i think you should be more concern about your health than a position you can have .hepatitis B virus can damage your liver severly if not treated when needed . Stef here keep sais on the forum what tests are important for hep b pacients :

hbsag quant in iu/ml
hbvdna in iu/ml

hbeag/hbeab
hbv genotype
liver function
