confusing test results

What is the meaning of these test results
HB surface antigen negative
Hb core antibodie total positive
was vaccinated for college + booster
surface antibodies was not done or is it included in the total? could it be false positive.

please help explain

it means that you do not have hepB . it also means you are immune to it by past indfection and clearance of the virus OR past vaccination.
knowing you've had the vaccine in college it looks like you are immune to it by past vaccination

i dont think i would worry much about the antiboies test but i would also recomend you run another test for it to make sure you have a good level of it or else you might need another booster shot..
either way, you are clear and free of it
