Hepatitis B Profile

Can somebody please explain this result. I am worried.

HBSAg - reactive - 6606    1.0
Anti-HBS - non reactive
HbeAg - non reactive
Anti-Hbe - reactive
Anti - Hbc - reactive

There is very little to explain.It seems you have chronic Hepatitis B, and your HBeAg is negative.
To determine whether you need treatment or not at the moment, you need further testing, at least:
1. hbvdna (viral load)
2. ALT, Liver function panel
3. Fibroscan
4. History.

You need more information to determine whether you need treatment now or can wait and just monitor. We cannot tell you whether you should be alarmed based on so little information.
