Is there a possible infection danger?

I have inquiry about the Hepatitis B vaccination procedure or even any vaccine.

My son & Daoughter visited a governmental approved clinic to take the first shot of the hepatitis B vaccine, the nurse was not wearing gloves, and after she prepared the two shots for them (which were new and she prepared it in front of us), then she started with the son, she pulled a small medical thick cotton like piece from a metal container which was not wet and she swapped above the elbow by around 10 cm with it and she just removed the injector (syrenge) plastic which cover the needle and inserted it into the body while she was still holding the same small thick medical cotton in her hands and she but it after she pulled the needle from the body over the injection place and fixed it with white adhesive tape, of course also she dropped the used injector into the medical trash, then without cleaning her hands after the son vaccination she did the same as she did with the son with the daughter with the other new prepared (infron of us) injector (syrenge) and another medical cotton from the same metal container.

When I asked her she said that all of these cotton like pieces and the metal container is antiseptic and she said that the medical instructions is not to use any alcoholic or any antiseptic liquid with the vaccination. (but she took the cotton by her hand which I don’t think that she antiseptic it before vaccinating them)

After she finished both of them she just swapped her hand with antiseptic jell (not between the son and the doughter but just once after she finished the both of them)

So I’m very worry that the kids could be in a danger of a blood viral infection. So please inform me wither these procedure were correct or not and wither my kids are in real blood viral infection danger or not?

Seems August 03, 2008 you posted more or less the same question.

Why this happens to you ?

Thanks for your reply.

If you don't see any danger then we don't have to make any blod tests for them right?
I supose that you have a medical experince, right? because I'm new like here.

Thanks
