I know I am probably freaking out over nothing. However my anxiety will not let me relax. A couple weeks ago while at work, I was very horny and needed a release. So I went to a public restroom known for gay sex hook ups. I went into a stall and used my left hand to open and close the stall door. Then I used the same hand to masturbate my penis. My question is, since I know HBV can survive on hard surfaces, what is my risk for having contracted HBV from this act. The restroom was not very clean looking

You can get hepatitis B from contact because the virus lives for a long time.
But you probably did not catch it. The only thing you can do is just go to do a full panel STD test.
But you have to wait a few weeks for the test to be able to detect it. I am sure you are fine. Stop worrying.
