Hi all, i am 24 yrs year old from india got diagnosed with chronic hep b 2 months ago in jan my hbv dna quantitative was 170000000 millions and was hbeag positive and alt was 65 ,other things in lft were normal my doctor has puttd me on tenofovir 300 mg and after 2 months only hbv dna came to 200000 my doc is happy with my result and i know in coming time ill eradicate this guys dont shatter urself and ur dreams these are challenges in life believe in god i know ill clear this stay positive guys and lead a healthlifestyle .... ill knock this virus

You have done good thing that you have vaccinated your father.you r treating with most reputed dr.follow his advice. I heard that milk thistle is good for liver

ya i am following his each words .low sugar diet very less fat high protein no fried n junk food and processed food .....thanks varsa :) god bless you ....what is the status of your hep b and which medicine you r taking enteciver or tenofovir?

I am taking entecavir from 4 year.my hbv DNA undetectable liver function normal and fibroscan
Is also normal earlier my hbv DNA was high liver function not normal so dr put me on entecavir

One more thing knowing hbv positive is stressful first time but later you will know how to live with this virus just like high bp and suger.

yeah exactly varsa ur right in starting its like what happened to me suddenly .... but one good thing with it is we can eradicate it with long term medication also varsa as mentioned i am hbeag positive also so is it like that hbeag positive peoples have more chance of clearing hbsag or seroconversion?

First of all you will have to find out good dr for hbv in India.if you r in Delhi side then ilbs hospital is best if Hyderabad then asian institute of gastro and if Kolkata then pg hospital.where you r from in india

Have you test all of your family members they r negative then vaccinate them immediately. What your dr told about your other family members about vaccination

varsa i discovered it when i went for hair transplant tht i am infected with it and when i visited doc for the first time in jan this year straight away he askd me to get my family tests done and than i doscovered that my elder brother and mom are also infected with this but my dad is not my mother is around 52 and brother is 26 both are hbeag negative and normal alt 20 for both and other parameteres are also normal their fibroscan and gi endoscopy,ultrasound everything is normal but still they are infected doctor told me most prob i got it from my mom and their hbv dna is 1000 ui ml but as told above my case is different but anyways ill eradicate it anyhow try try and succeed .....anyways just want to know can i use amway milk thistle and plant protein? alond side my medicine as there is bit weight loss with tenofovir although my doctor gives me multivitamins alternate month also
