Treatment plan after HBV undetectable

I am  37 years old male.  I was diagnosed last year with HBV DNA 60000 IU/ML, both ALT and AST are 37, hbeAg negative.   I think I got a chronic hepatitis B since birth.
My doctor recommended to take Baraclude 0.5 mg.  After taking it for 2 months,  my HBV DNA is now undetectable,  both ALT and AST are still 37, hbeag still negative.   I also just checked hbsAg level which is 400 iu/ml.  I didn't know the hbsAg level at baseline however.

Given this data,  what do you think I should do ?  Will I ever be totally healed from Hep B virus ?    Should I continue Baraclude indefinitely , considering my hbeag is negative....  or should I mix interferon?

I would really appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks a lot..!

hbv dna undetected after 2 months is very good result, you should monitor now HBsAg quant for a few months because as you mentioned you didnt know the baseline, then you may think about inteferon. But maybe you will be one of the lucky ones who will clear HBs just on nucs.
You shouldn't stop nucs even if hbv dna is und as long as HBsAg is positive, it may trigger virus drug resistant mutations !

Took me 4 to 5 years on viread to turn hbv dna undetectable, and another 4 to 5 years to develope anti-hbs, my dr still put me on viread almost another year after my hbv surface antigen non-reactive, hbv dna undetectable, and hbv surface antibody reactive, i was prepared to take this drug for life, but my dr said now i can stop, but warn if i take immune suppression drug may activate the virus again.
