Inactive carriers HCC Risk free till age 50??

I found one interesting article. Can it be true for Inactive HBV carriers?

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1253537/

If the age of the patient is more than 50 yrs family history of HCC-AFP and ultrasonography every 6–12 monthly should be done.

Does this mean that Cancer screening is not required till Age 50 Years?

Anyway inactive carriers have very low hcc risk and 1-2% chance per year of natural seroconversion. Remember to keep decent level of d3, it helps.
It would be good to monitor HBsAg quant for inactive carrier too, once a year.

it's always required and usually healhcare provide it for free, so why not to do this.
Btw current inactive carrier definition used by most of the doctors is not very good anyway, cuz it doesnt include HBsAg quantitive.
