i am diagnosed of hepatitis b last month

hello i am diagnosed of hepatitis b last month my test result is:
HBsag - REACTIVE anti HBe(CMIA) - NON REACTIVE
HBeag - REACTIVE
ALT (SGPT) - 38
IgM - NEGATIVE
IgG - positve
what does it means? how bad my situation is? thanks

Okay, keep monitoring by your doctor. Hepatitis B is a chronic illness, so patients tend to have it for a long time. Most will die with the disease not because of the disease. It is a treatable disease. Just worry you may be run over by a bus(just joking).

thanks step i do ultra sound and the result is normal,  and my doctor said its not necessary for me to go in treatment for now until my anti HBe to be reactive she give me only vitamins then after 6months i'll be going for another test again like i mention in my first comment. my question is chronic hepatitis b is it possible to cause early death? if im not going to treatment.

You have chronic hepatitis B. You will need more tests to ascertain the state of your liver and whether treatment is required. see a liver specialist to check your liver functions, viral load (hbvdna), and if possible a Fibroscan.
