You're always welcome! If your HBSag is already negative and Anti-Hbs or what we call antibody to fight off hep b virus is already positive then you have already developed immunity to the virus. That's good! Congrats! But remember, too much iron is not good for the liver. It can cause toxicity to the liver. In my opinion, it's better to consume iron from natural foods in less quantities. Always take care of your liver! and of your whole body of course. ;)
How did you rid yourself of the hbv? did you have acute hbv?
yes iron and copper are negative for health and liver, if you had acute hbv you have no damage, only cronic hbv makes fibrosis
thank you so much for your answers at least now i have an idea. about the iron that aids the replication of HbV i think i can consume iron because i have already rid off the virus since 2 years ago. i am negative now of the virus and it was 2009 when the doctor told me that i am already negative. do you think drinking iron is still bad for the regeneration of the liver cells? thank you
Hi,
iron aids in the replication of hepatitis b virus.. You can buy multivitamins w/o iron that are made from natural sources.
of course iron is bad for hbvers
I drink multivitamins 2x everyday early in the morning and before i sleep. Is it bad to drink twice a day multivitamins with iron?
multivitamins are always bad because they are mainly sinthetic chemicals made in a lab and not extrated from natural sources.take only vitamins extracted from natural sources although very expensive they are better
of course vitamins are useless if you dont eat healthy (no fats, almost no meat, muche veg and fish), no fry no roasted amd so on...and if you are overweight (bmi 20-23 and weist lower than 94cm for neb 90cm women)
there is only one company who did trials, hepatitistechnologies, use their products or check ingredients and find similar but naturally extracted
