Liver failure in Chronic Hep B?

I'm really concerned over my last test results. After 6 months of Pegasys, I stopped the treatment. And now, 3 months after, my ALT and AST are huge: 332/213. I'm really concerned about liver failure, because today I saw my eyes getting yellow at the base, I'm exhausted (but this could be due to my high anxiety). Next week I will check birilubin too.

My doctor says to not worry because I will start Tenofovir 3 months from now.

I'm having some trust issues here. Should I go for a second opinion? Or I'm overreacting to these results?

Trust could not be a factor but u should take second opinion. Ur immune system is reacting vigorously against the virus or it may be even autoimmune, hence it's both way good or bad. I don't know if immune system can be suppressed via meds in compromised liver conditions beacuse most immune suppressants are hepatotoxic.
