My hbsab is higher than 1000

What does it mean if my HBSAg is negative and my HBSAb is H 1000. Does it mean that I have HBV!?

If you have been vacinated you may check your HBsAb after a few years to make sure it still has a high level, otherwise it would be good to get vacinated again.

No, it means that you are immune for HBV, HBsAb 1000 is a very good result. You've been probably vacinaded or you passed accute HBV and your body healed itself and you'll have antibodies for the rest of your life
