My husband's HBV IU/ml

Since I've HBV IU/ml in 116,000,000.
My husband was also tested for HBV, his came out HBV IU/ml < 20. Dr. told me my husband was vaccinated.

Do you think my husband didn't got infected with HBV from me because he was vaccinated?
His count < 20 is it safe enough?

The test for Hepatitis infection is not hbvdna, it is whether HBsAg is positive or negative. To get a good picture, the complete serology test such as HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, and HBcAb should be carried out.

Many chronic Hepatitis B patients have hbvdna < 20 iu/ml.

Vaccination itself is not sufficient. One must also be a responder to the vaccination, that is, after vaccination, he must show a level of HBsAb > 10miu/ml.
