My new blood test (12 July 2011)

The good thing that HBVDNA was in Apri 5000 iu/ml, today result is 1200 iu/ml.

Also HBsAb Qualt. was in April: Borderline, today result is Reactive.

The strange thing is that both: HBsAg and HBsAb are Reactive!!

The doctor told me (i just arrived from the visit) that HBsAg and HBsAb can be overlap ..

Also, he recommends to do liver biopsy. I told him i prefer Fibroscan. He said Biopsy is best marker than Fibroscan, he said Fibroscan can see only f0 and f4 and can not see in between ..

AST: 26
ALT: 41

I was using: Milk Thisle from (vitamin World) 600mg/ day
Gensing with Royal Gelly 1000mg a day
Garlic with parsley extracts capsule one a day

HBsAg and HBsAb are Reactive!!

what is the tier of hbsab?

you should monitor hbsag quant and hbsab, if the first goes down and the second goes up you are serooconverting slowly, 6-12months for hbsag negative

alinia (nitazoxanide), nizonide500 from lupin in india, can help you seroconvert fast

make vitamin d 25oh serum level 50-60ng/ml, to chol less than 150, ldl less than 80, hdl as high as possible by red yeast rice

if hbsag stays the same with increasing hbsab you have developed an hbsag mutant and are not seroconverting

he said Fibroscan can see only f0 and f4 and can not see in between ..

very ingorant, he cant read fibroscan.....

fibroscan reads f3 and f4 and cant read f0-f1, since fibrosis at f0-f1 is not relevant it is useless to detect it.go for fibroscan, biopsy is not used anymore in europe except for bmi>28 or unclear fibro rsults

biopsy also carries dangers and it does damage liver....you can do it once in 3-5years because of that.even though extremely rare biopsy can even be lethal
