Need Help on HBV Results with Hb E Trait

Dear Members,

Please advice on the following.

During Master Health checkup done on 24.10.2017, found HBV.
No family history of HBV and screened & tested negative and vaccinated.


Blood Group  - O +

Country : India

Age : 46, Vegetarian
Gender : Male / Unmarried
Weight : 62.3 kgs
Height : 156.30 cm
BMI : 25.5
Latest test reports as follows.
LFT – normal, except (ALT –SGPT – 49 U/L)
HbA1C – 6.2
Glucose Fasting – 86 mg/DL
Glucose PP – 105 mg/DL
Lipid Profile – Total Cholesterol 231 mg/dL
Non Diabetic
Urine analysis: Normal
Ultrasound - Whole Abdomen –
• Grade I fatty infiltration of liven
• Ultrasound abdomen did not reveal any other significant abnormality.

TE Score 5.1 Kpa suggests NO FIBROSIS  
CAP Score 170 db/m suggests NO STEATOSIS      

Haematology

Total WBC count – 6410 cells/cu.m.m
RBC Count – 5.70 mill/cu.mm
Haemoglobin – 13.1 gm/Dl
Platelet Count – 361
ESR (Westergren) – 10 mm/hr

While monitoring complete Hemogram Noticed that Mean Capuscular Volume (MCV) & Mean Capuscular Hb Concn (MCHC) are not within limit.
Hence Hb E Trait was  found and confirmed the same as Hb E trait.                                                            



My doctor advised to start Entecavir 0.5 mg tablets  per day fro 3 months.
Please advice me on the above along with Hb E Trait.

Please note that my Viral load 14.12.2022 was 4885 IU/ml log value 3.69,where in 25.03.2023 it has increased as 48236 IU/ml log value 4.68.

Please i am worrying , as of now i have not taken any medicine.
