MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, the National Institutes of Health have suggested that viral loads for Hbv DNA that exceed 100,000 copies/mL be considered “clinically significant.” For how long is the Hbsag positive? what about anti Hbs levels? For chronic infections antiviral medications help fight the virus and slow its ability to damage your liver. Several medications are available. Your doctor can suggest which medications may be most appropriate for him. Regards.
