Pl. help me next what to do
You should continue taking your Tenofovir. No case of drug resistance to Tenofovir has been reported for over 7 years. Viral load (hbvdna) measurements can vary, especially from lab to lab. Your ALT is still slightly elevated, it maybe due to your fatty liver. So do watch your diet and exercise regularly.
