Please, I need help interpreting some results (URGENT)

I want for a medical test for an organization I wanted to start work with and tested "Reactive" for Hepatitis B, the doctor gave me some drugs (Lumividine and Essential forte) but wasn't really helpful with information about the virus, I went online and found out about the types of hepatitis there are, I went to do a Liver Function test today because I saw online that it can help determine what type of Hepatitis I have, I'm scared and I don't have a specialist to consult except the doctor who gave me a bunch of drugs I'm scared of using.

The test result are below

GGTP - 22.0
Bilirubin (Total) - 0.70
Bilirubin (Direct) - 0.22
Bilirubin (Indirect - 0.48
SGOT - 24.0
SGPT - 26.0
Alkaline Phosphatase - 61.0
Total Protein - 6.99
Albumin - 4.41
Globulin - 2.58
A/G Ratio - 1.7

I'll be grateful if any one can help interpret this result into something I can understand and know if I should go ahead and take the drugs.
Thank you.

Change the doctor immediately.lamavudine is no longer use now for chance of resistance developed.from which country you belong to.if your Hbv DNA is high liver function and fibroscan reading high then drug need to suppress the virus. Otherwise only monitor in six month.

I live in Nigeria, I just posted the Liver Function test result, I have not done the other tests because they're expensive. Can you interpret the LFT to know if high or not.

Thank you

Hey. Visit Mecure at Oshodi, Lagos. They do comprehensive tests. Tell them you want to do: HBSAG, and HBDNA. Then do ur liver function tests as well. i think they also do fibroscan

I have done the HBSAG and the Liver function tests at MeCure, needed help interpreting the latter. Heard the HBDNA is quite expensive...What will it show me?

You can also get d hbv DNA done at Clinix Laboratories at Anthony(just beside Total Petrol stations). Do the hbv profile as well to confirm if you are chronic/Acute.

Please I would love to know if the company still gave you the job after finding out you were hbv reactive?
