Please interpet my Hepatis B test

I recently diagonsed that I have Hepatitis B, I never had un protected sex and I am sure I don't get it from my mom. I am an African currently in Malaysia on studies. I want to proceed to USA when I finished my studies but I discover carriers are not issued visa. I am just 27 and I dont know how long I will live with this virus before I die. I dont even know if I will ever get rid. I dont know if i can clear this virus from my body and taste negative for Hepatits B. I don't even know if I am an acute carrier or a chronic carrier.
Below is my test result
Liver Funtion Test
Alanine Transaminase (SGPT) 58          High  Range is 30-55
HBsAg...................Reactive
HbsAb....................Non Reactive
HBe  Antigen           Non Reactive
HBe Antibody          Reactive
Total HAV AB (IgG $ IgM)......Reactive
Alpha fetoprotien           2.94

Please I don't know how dangerous my health is and how long I will live before I die. I don't know if Malaysia have a good medicine for this treatment. If it is still acute, how can I clear it because I read some adults can clear the virus when it is acute. Please tell me medicine I have to take now if it is acute to clear it. Can i reject visa to come to USA if they disover I have hepatits B?

i agree with the above.  i do not think your HBV should preclude your travel or visa.  A HBV-DNA level would i believe further confirm that you do not require treatment and are an inactive carrier.  You should have an imaging study of the liver.  in patients with inactive HBV there should be no decrease in long-teerm survival, etc.  You should be OK.  You may have acquired it when you were young.

A good place to start learning:

If you have no symptoms and don't know when or how you got it, it's probably chronic.

I'm not familiar with immigration / visa laws on HepB.  But in the USA, people with chronic HepB don't have too many restrictions.
