I do not know about the requirements for the job application, but probably hbsag neg should be enough . As for hbv until antibodies appear the risk of remission is present. How long are you on entecavir? And what are you other tests now and before?

I am still taking entecavir. Is this possible to cure and possible to pass medical exam for overseas. When i was applied for abroad i was unfit because of POSITIVE for hep b? The clinic uses positive not reactive? Are these result are same?

This result says that you are hbv virgine, no infection and no immunity. You can get vaccinated.
