hepa B profile result interpretation

please interpret my recent hepa profile result.
BHSAg 1.630    cut off value 1.0   reactive
ANTI HBS   >1000.00       10.00 reactive
HBeAg       0.198           1.00 non reactive
ANTI HBe    1.480       1.00 non reactive
ANTI HBc IgM    0.069     1.00 non reactive
ANTI HBc Total   1.670   1.00 non reactive
ANTI HAV IgM    0.452    1.00 non reactive
ANTI HCV   nonreactive

Background info: In 2003 I had my 3 doses of hepa B vaccine. In 2008, i had my hepa profile done and the result showed non reactive for both HBSAg and ANTI HBS. So i had myself vaccinated again for 3 doses of hepa B vaccine.

Is my recent lab result alarming? Is there any laboratory work up I need to undergo? Please help me...Im worried

if you find hbvdna is detactable a biopsy is the best way to check the mutations because it is complitely different from wild type, all antigens look not present but surface antigen is and also antibodies hbsab are high

are you sure hbsag is reactive?

check hbvdna with sensitive pcr if positive you have to thank stupid drug makers and doctors since you got infected by an hbsag escape mutant generated by lam or adv

by the way i think lam and adv producers might be sued for millions since they created hbsag escape mutants that can infect vaccinated people and previous immune people wo cleared wild type virus, these muatnts are low and rare but they are infecting people since there are several cases reported
