1-2% people clear the virus without meds.
You do not need meds now.
Thank you for answering my questions.
When you say I can possibly have antibodies if I clear HBsAg, are you referring to the 1% chance per year if meds were taken?
Does this mean I am a inactive carrier?
- yes, but you could still transmit the virus, but you are very low infective.
Does this mean I can possibly have antibodies?
- No. May be in future - when you clear HBsAg.
Does this mean I still might have a chance to get the vaccine ?
- No. Once a person tests HBsAg +ve, vaccination is not useful
Your DNA is undetectable, which certainly is a good thing. You may want to get your self tested for HBsAg/HBsAb/DNA/AST/ALT yearly.
