Regarding HBV DNA quantitative test results

hi,
i am a male and was found positive for Hepatitis B about two years back. doctors say i am just a carrier. My recent LFT gave SGPT count as 56 which is out of the range of 13-40. so i got my HBV DNA quantitative test done. the result came out to be as "under detectable limit". what does this conclude?
i don't consume alcohol and am a healthy person as a whole.

1) Is the hepatitis B virus not replicating in my body?
2) Also i want to know the chances that my wife who has taken the vaccination for Hepatitis B gets this virus from me?

result is not hbsag 250iu/ml but >250iu/ml (superior 250iu/ml like 99.99% cronic carriers, such low hbsag means hbv is going to be cleared)

the lab didn t have the new abbott architect kits with automated detection of hbsag but the old type.old type can detect hbsag 0.05iu/ml-250iu/ml, to detect above that range the technicians must dilutite sample (very easy task) but they didn t.so this result is useless like qualitative, it says hbsag is present but we dont know anything else.
talk to the lab and ask for exact hbsag quantity with diluition

my god we still have fantasy doctor around or he can t read lab results and thinks hbsag is really 250iu/ml.in any case only hbsag quant is not enough yo need the following for a clear picture of ur status:

fibroscan
hbvdna
ast/alt
hbeag/hbeab

I am male (41 yrs) , I got diagnosed with HBV during blood donation test in 15/05/2012 below is my results:
HBsAg  250 IU/ml

ALT,AST all normal doctor wrote me that u r healthy career and there is no treatment it would be eradicated automatically.
plz help and suggets me any treatment to make HBsAG negative.

I got diagnosed with Hep B in 2010. It was in inactive stage at that time. I took it lite.(Anti HBE1.3) I got tested it again 2012. It was still in inactive stage.But (Anti Hbe .3.20)

Can you explain me - diffence beetween about Antihbe - my situation and what I need to overcome it?

Please advice me - further secure steps.
