Rep 2139 updated slides

http://replicor.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Replicor%20NAPs%20in%20HBV-HDV%20ISVHLD%202015%20%28O-09%29.pdf

Trial is 15 weeks on rep-2139 mono and than 15 weeks of rep-2139 with 48 weeks of peginf. For now we have results after almost 15 weeks from starting peginf.
Nice impact on HBsAg, anti-HBs and HDV RNA for responders but HBV DNA looks like is fluctuating but hope peginf will smash it to und.

Sorry didn't try to be negative but replicor was in trial for very long time and every year they say in few years and we wait and age and nothing happen. I really hope things move faster in this bad system

Yes they will come one day Atleast someday in our lifetime. Mike9111 I can understand the frustration for not coming of these curing drugs but stay positive. Once somewhere I read by 2017 may be!

Well it is possible since both Replicor and Abivax not originated from US. They can get a fast track approval either from Europe or Asia.

These slides are exactly for hbv+hdv trial. But this trial is still going so can be even better, still around 30 weeks of peginf left.

Looks very promising.  You had mentioned in one of your other posts that you do not see this being approved.  Could you eleborate?  Such a shame it seems so far.  Would it not be approved for mono hbv but will be for co-infected?  Why are then testing co-infection only and not monoinfection as well?

Hope next results after 24 and 48 weeks of peginf will be even better :)

yes the minimum time to see response is 24 weeks at least, i think we have to look at 24 and 48weeks results, nothing else

Yep, for HDV RNA almost all responders there.
I still don't understand it why everyone still has some hbv dna despite of they have anti-HBs some of them very high antibodies. Is it because drug blocks only HBsAg release and no impact on viral replication? Thats why we need peginf and maybe nucs like they mention at the end ?
Hope next results after 24 and 48 weeks of peginf will be even better :)

very good results especially considering peg add on is t reduced dose of rep2139 and the fact of superinfection hbv+hdv
i dont see how this drug can t be approved as hdv treatment since no treatment exist and then off label for hbv
