What is that meaning for >/=1.0 reactive
And my Hbc an positive need I take vaccination ?
In the qualitative assay used to test your HbsAg, a reading of greater or equal to 1 means the result is reactive(positive). If your HBc Ab is positive, it means you were previously infected with HBV.
You need to test your HBsAb level to determine whether you need vaccination. In general, since you have recovered from a HBV infection, vaccination is not necessary, unless you have constant exposure to possible HBV infection and your HBsAb is less than 10 iu/L.
Thank u so much
