Did you get you HBeAg/HBeAb tested ?  Also what is your age and ethnicity ?

If you had this virus for decades, then you may want to see a liver specialist. This dull pain may not be due to the virus.

Thank you for your reply.  My AST was normal when I checked last year. I was checked AFP by a doctor and the result is normal. But I often feel a dull pain on the right side of my lower rib cage. I am not
sure whether it is related to the liver or not.

What are your AST/ALT readings and eAg/eAb status ?

Seems you have very low level replication. You need to monitor every year for AST/ALT, other than that you do not need treatment.
