Advice please on hbv results

I wrote as a new member on 17th October but NOBODY appears to reply. I thought this site was for advice & help.
If anybody could take some time to read my posts I would appreciate all feedback please.
I am told by my GP that I am inactive although my hbsag is 5000iu/ml. (My first quantitive test).
I am very very low risk of hcc & cirrhosis because all my tests for the past  22 years have been so stable.
Minimal risk. Started vitamin d 3000iu/ml.
Please add any thoughts.

To have losest risk you need hbsag less than1000iu/l on hbeag negwith hbvdna und and normal fibroscan

vit d is able to cut hcc to half and also taking more than 4 cups of cofee per day thanks to its antioxidant content

normal biochemistry with dna titre >2000iu/ml in hbeag negatives may not contribute much to fibrosis/cirrhosis but the risk of hcc is still there. still hbv pathology is not fully predictable and lot of variations are found in inactive carriers. keep monitoring blood 6 monthly and fibroscan annually.
