US Results - Can someone Interpret

I just got my US results back for my abdominal ultra sound. I notice now I have a kidney stone. Can someone please interpret.

LIVER: Liver is 12.4 cm and inhomogeneous.  The liver is without
discrete soft tissue lesions or intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation.

CBD: Common bile duct is 2.9 mm.

GALLBLADDER: There are no stones or sludge. There is no significant
wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid.

PANCREAS: Pancreas is not well visualized due to bowel gas.

KIDNEYS: Right kidney is 10.1 cm.  2.1 cm cyst.  Left kidney is 10.8
cm.  4 mm calcification.

SPLEEN: The spleen measures 10.7 cm.  No mass is identified.

AORTA: The visualized aspect of the abdominal aorta demonstrates no
aneurysm.

I think the way doctor explain it inflammation on fibroscan might raise the value. So you might have inflammation in liver wich raise the score and on ir next scan the inflammation is minimal then you are on the low end

I have read that Fibroscan does not differentiate very well sometimes between minor variations but 7.6 and 4.8 are pretty different, correct?  I have read that since it scans the whole liver it can be more useful than biopsies.

I've never had a Fibroscan, but have an appointment for one when I get my next ultrasound in September.  If it really can't differentiate much between a F0 and F1 then I'm not too hopeful it's going to help me out much, but I'm curious to try it out and see!  I hope I'm not too surprised in a bad way.

I just did a seach on google and quite a bit of information came up on inhomogeneous liver.  From what I read, the liver has lost uniformity.  I would try getting a fibroscan where you are to assess these differences and if it's a big deal in terms of fibrosis or cirrhosis.

I've had 2 biopsies (in the US they like those) and while here they are considered the "holy grail" they also can miss a lot of information in livers that are not consistant (which is often the case).  My two biopsies 10 years apart were pretty different.  This last one was a lot better (showed 0 inflammation and 10 uears ealier had 2/4 inflammation).  I have a hard time believing that it got better than it was 10 years earlier while still having hbsag and no treatment.  Fibroscan takes the whole liver into account, which will be more telling than an U/S for sure.

Ultrasound main goal is to detect cancer. The liver had minimal damage and it is not all soft and smooth but the damage is minor

what does it mean? does it mean that the kidney has hardened? I was reading some of your post and studyofhope said the architecture is no longer soft. Is that the same as my? the US results seem so vague, milidly inhomogeneous liver.

KIDNEYS: Right kidney is 10.1 cm.  2.1 cm cyst.  Left kidney is 10.8
cm.  4 mm calcification.

you need to work on this seriously and start high dose vit k2 mk7 (1200mcg daily) as soon as possible, this can help remove calcification.i d also use vit k2 mk4 15mg 3 times a day

liposomal glutathione is also known to help with plaques

conclusion

mildly inhomogeneous liver without liver mass.  Small cyst and
calcification in the kidneys without hydronephrosis.  No significant
interval change.
