hep b query

OK. Need some help here.  I had an encounter a while ago but am not sure about his statis regarding hep b.  I had to have hep b vaccinations due to my work and it has come back as me being immune.  My question is could I have hep b (carrier) but show as being immune in my blood test.?  How confusing is everything to do with sex? Would really appreciate an answer from someone !!

ok one last question...if my test says I am immune to Hep B does this mean I don't have the virus just the immunity??

If the antibodies were negative for immunity then I would need to get tested ?

Thanks for that.  So is it right to assume that I am immune now?  The encounter was a few years ago but I only had the immunisation this year.  From what I could gather if it comes back positive as being immune then I would not have the virus.  If the antibodies were negative for immunity then I would need to get tested ?  Thanks again.  Also, do you know if Hep B is usually included in full std screening ?

If you are immune, you can't be a carrier at the same time.
