Can you advise please.
I am taking 3000iu/ml vit d daily. Spray form to work into system quicker.
E ant neg. HbVdna 10. Hbsag 5000iu/ml. No liver probs. No treatment ever. Alt 23. Afp 1.1.
Immune system working fine. Ultrasound normal.
Would vit d level work or should I increase it.
What effect could it have if any upsetting my current immune response.

After i.ve started taking vit d3 4000ui daily i don.t feel any pain in my right side. Also, taking 2 pills of Hepaid forte.

for these effects you need tocheck levels by intact pth and not vitd25oh alone

We all have different degree of vitamin d resistance so there is no vit d fits all, you need to check intact parathormone and vitd25oh, only when intact pth will fall lowest number of normal range you have good amounts of vit d in cells and tissues

spray form is awful, the oliv oil pills are the best or liposomal form
