Vit.D3 dosage (Hep.B)
On Tenofovir for 15 years, fast progressing ostoporosis.
Will changing Vit.D3 dosage regimen from 10 000 IU daily to 50 000 IU weekly make a difference (for better, for worse, or no difference)?
Could this dosage be associated with atherosclerotic calcification in abdominal and thoracic aorta as some studies allude?
Possible bad effects on kidneys?

ask your doctor whether you can switch to Vemlidy? I think Vemlidy is not as bad as tenofovir to the bone but the price is very high in the states. Vemlidy has no generic version.

Fully aware of Velmidy, not pursuing it for "fiscal" considerations!
Velmidy's patent expires 2032.
Also a few studies allude to severe obesity as one of side effects, quite often. Bad bones with much wight on them not good.
