rest, eat fresh food, no red meat, take d3 if vit d3 is less than 20ng/ml, take some vit c
acute hbv will make no permanent damage and recovery is by 6 months, hbsag may take even 12 months in some cases to clear
thank you for your, timely help. every time bro. by the way what is d3?
bro i had marine-d3 from chicargo. is it good for me?
keep checking hbsag, it should/must decrease under recovery. reguler checking will put you in position to take timely initiative if it is going towards cronicity, though less likely. but be on safe side. keep checking.
thank bro i will do that. have never checked. just want to give it some 3months to do that. since i was tested positive just this month with that result
Here is a study saying that coenzyme Q10 administration increases antibody titer in hepatitis B vaccinated volunteers:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10416052
Maybe this could work for you?
Maybe the best advice is to not take anything in high doses for long periods of time, especially advice from internet forums, before seroiusly thinking and understanding what you are doing.
Another study supporting coQ10 and B6: http://www.heartflo.com/coq10-resources/The_Activities_of_Coenzyme_Q10_Vitamin_B6_Immune_Responses.pdf
Saying q10+b6 increases CD4/cd8 ratio by increasing CD4. Even b6 alone increases CD4. CD4 downregulates HBV replication (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15494540).
This correlates with HBV's strategy of downregulating b6 in hosts (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21184088).
thanks dreft going to check that
