What is my option to treat HBV

1.I am a carrier of HBV for last 7 yrs.
2.16 months back my test reports were -
   HBV DNA PCR - 20,00,000 copies/ml.
   HBs Ag - positive.
   HBeAg - Positive
   Anti-HBe - negative.
   As per my doctor,s advice I statrted taking SEVIVO-600 mg - 1 Tab/day.

3.During Nov,2009 my test results were -HBV DNA PCR - less tha 51 copies/ml.
  
   HBs Ag - positive.
   HBeAg - Positive
   Anti-HBe - negative.
   I continued Sevivo-600mg.

4.  During May,2010 my test results are -( very alarming indicating viral resistance)
   HBs Ag - pHBV DNA PCR - 6,00,000 copies/ml.
   HBs Ag - positive.
   HBeAg - negative
   Anti-HBe - negative

Now I have changed my Doctor .As per my new Doctor I have stopped Sevivo and started using BARCLUDE -1mg/day.


Now I am very very worried. Can you help ?

very very important if you don't want to end up without no drugs and hbvdna in the millions, first do a resistance test that shows mutations and which drugs are active, second start etv+tdf combination to avoid any resistance in the future if you have resistance to any drug, i'd also suggest combo anyway

follow our alinia thread, alinia (nitazoxanide) is active against all hbv strains without resistance or sides but it is off label since there are few clinical reports and development for hbv is unlikly.if you have no resistance mutations i'd suggest etv+alinia, if you hve mutations already etv+tdf are a must, if you see results from our alinia thread you might also add this

unfortunately your first doctor was very ignorant, sbvivo (telbivudine) is a very good drug but has higher resistance so you must get hbvdna und as soon as possible, if hbvdna is still positive after 12-24 weeks it is much better to switch to another drug.
another mistake: international guideline suggest only etv and tdf as firstline therapy or interferon, sebvivo is not suggested as firstline therapy due to resistance

excuse me . is there anyone knows the alinia and where i can buy it_? i really want to be completely cure with this kind of desease.. im frustrated because it destroyed my dream .. my only weapon now is god.. hopefully there is a miracle...
