hbvdna 32000copie/ml is not used anymore, change lab if possible where iu/ml is used (probably better newer machines and more sensitive) or ask for iu/ml
your hbvdna is about 5500iu/ml not high but according to guidelines you should start treatment but since antivirals don t clear virus i'd try interferon and only if alt abnormal and tehre is liver damage by fibroscan otherwise wait for antivirals that can clear hbv
european guidelines (us not reliablen because not updated since 2008): treat if hbvdna>2000iu/ml, alt>30, liver damage f1 or higher
