Whats the situation now ?

Hi My brother was found HBsAg positive almost 2 years ago we consult with specialist and he recommend HBV DNA by PCR Quantitative and Result is

HBV DNA by PCR Quantitative : 18510000 IU/mL

and then doctor suggest a pill daily after breakfast name is "Tenofo B"
then after 3 months result is  

HBV DNA by PCR Quantitative : 35504 IU/mL

then after 3 months result is

HBV DNA by PCR Quantitative : 4223 IU/mL

then again after 6 months result is

HBV DNA by PCR Quantitative : 444 IU/mL

and he takes a pill regularly all the time and till now but now after 1 year result is

HBV DNA by PCR Quantitative : 35640000 IU/mL

Now why its increase again whats the situation Now and What is cure now Is it possible to cure now we are in great tension please reply as soon as possible

hey stef, what is your thought on this results? i find them wierd using tenofo B, to jump hbvdna like that

I am in great tension tomorrow is Saturday so i only visit doctor on Monnday here in Pakistan.

I want to know what happen to my bro :'(

so he took a pill per day without stopping for 2 years than he relapsed? is it possible that he developed resitence ? tenofo b, being tenofovir had no resistance from what i know, let's wait for stef's opinion or some other experienced member.
