very good you are the third person this month close to serovonversion, do add nitazoxanide (nizonide500 by lupin) because adefovir is not very potent drug this way you will fasten seroconversion

abnormal alt is probably fatty liver and not the virus

how is HBe Ag- and HBeAb- interpretted.
just less aggressive virus but doesn t say anything about viral clearance, nitazoxanide is more potent on hbeag negative to make hbsag negative fast

thanx alot. i'll let u know my alt/ast results also.
six months back alt and ast were normal but that was after taking adfoivir for six months.
still back alt was raised to 56 ast was normal. also direct bil was slightly high but indirect bil was normal, total bil being .89.
usg reflected grade-I fatty lever.
first time tested in 2005 HbsAg+, HBeAg-

looks a cronic hbv very close to seroconversion, you might use nitazoxanide (nizonide500) to lower hbsag  and serconvert faster or monitor until seroocnversion completes by hbsag negative
i guess hbvdna pcr is very low or und and alt/ast normal, check also these tests

all the other hbv drugs ar not indicated
