Worried about building resistance to Tenofovir for following reason

I usually take my medication at night, around 8pm. As instructed by the doctor, I need to take this with food. I tend to eat 10-20 minutes before my medication time, giving me time to digest.

The other day, I did not eat before my medication. My reasoning was because I was part of a wedding rehearsal party which had a 4 hour dinner and was done about 6-6:30pm. I was full from my dinner and I was not an in area where I had accessible food at this hour. I ended up taking my meds at 8pm. By 9pm, I had a light snack. Could I have build any resistance to my medication by doing this?
