abdominal pain is it because of high sgpt?what med should i take?

last 2004 i been diagnosed hbsag+ and hbeag+ my doctor advice me to take lamivudine/zeffix i take it for almost a Year, aftr a year i stop taking the medicine coz its very expensive;2008 april i got pregnant my OB requested me my hbeag i found out that my hbeag+ become hbeag- maybe its bcoz of the lamivude.last sep 4,2010 i feel an abdominal pain the doctor requested sgpt and i got above the cut off 49 u/l and i got 72u/l.My doctor advice me to take heprotect for 1mnth aftr 2weeks if the pain is still the im going to undrgone ulrasound.. question does having a high SGPT CauseS my abdominal pain?.
