anti HBcAg- Igm and HBeAG

I was admitted to hospital for malaria treatment.Age 36
where HBsAg test was done it was reactive
then we go for above two tests its results are as follows:

HBeAg:
where it shows having an index value of 0.01 which is indicated as negative .
the method used is fully automated vidas system biomerieux france(ELFA)

and

ANTI HBcAg-IgM:

Result is 1.0 PEIU/ml

which is also negative

so Can I now go for Hapatitis B vaccination or should I consult a specialist (HBS Researcher).
Is it harmfull. What is the solution to destroy it fully. and please suggest necessary precations

My Wife has HBsAg Negative can she go for vacccination

Please help
and Can we go for a Baby (or have a non protective intercourse)

no no drug, only those with hbsag less than 1500iu/ml can make hbsag negative by:
2 years of interferon+ antivirals with or without alinia

interferon can be as heavy as a chemio...if your liver has no damage you'd better wait and see if gcmaf works or interferon lambda be available in 2 years in US and europe maybe

you have to check:
hbsag -(the hbv virus)
hbsab the immunity antibody
hbvdna pcr

all the rest is useless

anybody around you must get vaccine so they will all be safe, even baby.you cant take vaccine it won t work because you already have the virus
when hbsag is negative and hbsab positive you got rid of virus

if hbcab igm is negative you have cronic hbv
