chronic carrier or not

My husband suffered hepatitis B symptoms last year so he got blood test as HBsAg positive and got treatment at hospital. After 3 months, he made blood test again and it showed HBsAg negative. He made the test 2 months interval. All results show negative. But this month, He made test from stool sample, it shows HBsAg positive. What does happen. Is he a chronic carrier or not. Please kindly answer me.

He could possibly be a chronic carrier; he needs to meet with his doctors and discuss options and possibly be retreated...sometimes the first go around doesn't do the trick! Stay positive...seek out a good doctor!
