Thanks a lot Stef for guiding us in very simple way.your contribution in this forum is unforgatable.i pray to the god that the cure comes soon and people forget about this diseas.
it would be interesting to see hwere the hcc risk goes once hbsag 100-1000iu/ml under nucs/peg sequ combos
there is a taiwan study on this that has been posted in the past but dont remember the details, if it was on treatment or not, this is the study shedding light on hbsag levels when hbvdna und and hbeag neg.they probably published details of the risk but dont remember the numbers only that hbsag less than 1000iu/ml had a very low risk
i drink a lot of coffee a day instead green tea . hehe
...also forgot to mention bitter melon i added back that too, i can get very low glucose levels when using after meals
also to note that the highest risk of hcc is from diabetes which is around 30% not hbv, so we should also consider metabolic status for us.
like low glucose levels, low sugar diets and so on to add to our treatment.besides coffee i am trying to add paleo diet but it is difficult to lower carbo too much, pasta is too good
some in vitro study found that lowering hbsag to very low also regressed hcc, this may not apply to vivo but it would be interesting to see hwere the hcc risk goes once hbsag 100-1000iu/ml under nucs/peg sequ combos
i mean it is not fatal for those under nucs and the hcc percentage is extremely low, dont remeber the number but it was a single number percentage, here is a link
http://natap.org/2014/HBV/071614_01.htm
i think it is not only nucs to lower hcc risk but also levels of hbsag to very low like inactive carriers
But Stef if its not fatal and the rate is 30% among chronic carrier to develop hcc and after 50 years of infection. Logically we are born with it and once we hit 40-50 then we will have hcc even more than 30 percent taken in consideration being male and born with it since the 30 percent is for all.
hbv is not fatal at all and our drugs perfectly stop all the virions
I don't want to judge anyone's belief, but these meditating posts were quite abundant in Hep C forums before. Nowadays many people there, are searching for finding a way to obtain Harvoni. So I believe it's better to follow scientific news and keeping up the hope.
