HBV mutation and their meanings?

I got a copy of my HBV tests. I have the following mutants:

Pre-core g1896a and c1858t
no BCP
no Polymerase

What do these mean in terms of treatment and risks?

Stefano: Thanks. Are you still up? European time should be ahead of time in US.

if you check for HCC there are newer studies at boston too, that's where i found the sensitivity to reach 90% by big amounts of data collected on HCC patients hbv

also survival to HCC after resection is much higher if hbvdna is und

bcp and precore are the most common forms of hbe negative worldwide but are also present in less percentage in hbe pos, they are HCC markers and the risk level can reach a 90% sensitivity if genotype B or C, age more than 40yo, moderate/high hbvdna......genotype C is the most dangerous for HCC and with that hbvdna und is a must

hbvdna must be kept und at the lowest possible level to lower cancer risk like if you didn t have these mutants.
they are quite common for example i got 1899 and T1762/A1764 and polymerase q215s and genotype D
this is old from 2009 but if you google or search pubmed you'll find newer ones
