i had problems with flu in the past, flu every year 3-4 times despite vaccines

flu vaccines are useless because there are too many flu viruses not covered by vaccine, the key is very easy improve immune system because fluis a sign of weak immune system (this makes no profit for pharma)

the answer is making vit d serum levels normal and this is a must for hbvers too, take 5000-10.000iu d3 daily until serum levels of vitd25oh are around 80-90ng/ml and you ll have no flu again
