generic entecavir

it seems like the first line treatment for chronic hepatitis B is entecavir if patient prefers oral treatment. However, it is not always the case in south east asia which entecavir is not cost effective, which is quite saddening, as hep B is much more common in this part of the world, asia. Therefore, doctors here always prescribe lamivudine, telbivudine for these group of patients, which antiviral resistance is a big issue, which will render the drugs not effective in the end.

I have search online for generic entecavir and i found a good news that Cipla, an india company has produced a generic for entecavir. However, i have search through the online pharmacy which provide generic entecavir, none of their shipping company covers south east asia, which is very disappointing.

So anyone got an idea on how to buy generic entecavir to singapore/malaysia?

look on Alibaba just type baraclude in the search field. They sell it as powder there.

Problem is though this stuff has to be tested for purity once you get it.
